A lot of the time I spend with friends and family centers around feeding our families and ourselves. Our perspectives on food and love of cooking are unique and our challenges are completely different. Whether it’s tandem trips to the supermarket or hours spent looking through recipe magazines and making shopping lists, weekly visits and outings have become more information and gathering sessions than gossip and coffee. A lot of what I do in the kitchen has become my secrets to surviving the adulting I hate to do! Hopefully when I share them with others they will become their secrets too.
Try out my tips on the Art of Surviving Adulthood and test my recipes. Hopefully my successes and inspirations will help you in your quest to achieve your best life. Less time spent on the hard things equals more time to spend on the things you love.
